La Koutermolen es un molino de madera, originalmente del siglo XVIII, que ha sido renovado cuatro veces. Se encuentra en el dominio provincial De Gavers en Harelbeke. El molino ha sido reconocido como monumento desde 1944. El Koutermolen original fue fundado en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII por Pieter Gheysens. Fue el primer molino en Stasegem, mencionado por primera vez en un mapa de 1788 elaborado por el agrimensor P.C. Steur en relación con el empedrado del camino de Harelbeke a Zwevegem. El molino estaba a la derecha de la calle y se mencionaba en un censo catastral posterior como oliecot. El kouter original del molino estaba a unos 300 metros al sur de su ubicación actual, donde ahora se encuentra el área de juegos de Chiro Stasegem.
