Cervecería Kestemont: Una cervecería artesanal familiar que prioriza el sabor y la tradición.
En 2016, la familia Kestemont, originaria de Pajotten, adquiere todo el sitio. Tres años después, se comienza a fermentar lambic en barricas de roble. En 2021 se establece una sala de elaboración para producir las primeras cervezas de lambic elaboradas en casa. Después de medio siglo de ausencia, podemos volver a oler el aroma del mosto enfriándose en las calles de Pede y así restaurar una parte de la historia local. Seguramente, Brueghel olfateaba lo mismo mientras pintaba el antiguo molino y capilla de Pede hace unos 400 años, a poca distancia de la cervecería.
