El río Hoëgne es un río valón que tiene su origen en las Altas Fagnes. El primer kilómetro aún lleva el nombre de Polleur. El río pasa por Theux, donde el Wayai, que fluye por Spa, desemboca en él. En Pepinster, el Hoëgne desemboca en el Vesdre.
