Calle Wakken nº 57. Vivienda independiente, según el catastro construida alrededor de 1842 y ampliada en 1881. El revestimiento es de fecha posterior. Casa de trabajadores agrícolas de una planta y media bajo tejado a dos aguas. Fachada delantera enlucida y pintada de blanco con juntas imitadas y estuco decorativo, zócalo gris. Planta baja con aberturas de muro en forma de arco segmentado con arcos de descarga decorativos y dovela acentuada. En el piso superior, aberturas rectangulares con marcos perfilados. Nueva carpintería según el modelo antiguo. A la derecha se asoma un pequeño capilla de fachada con arco. En la esquina derecha, restos de una verja desaparecida.
