Wakkenstraat nr. 57. Villa indipendente, secondo il catasto costruita intorno al 1842 e ampliata nel 1881. L'intonaco è di data più recente. Casa di lavoratori agricoli di un piano e mezzo sotto un tetto a capanna. Facciata anteriore intonacata e dipinta di bianco con giunti imitati e ornato, zoccolo grigio. Piano terra con aperture murarie a forma di arco segmentato con archi di alleggerimento decorati che evidenziano la chiave di volta. Al piano superiore aperture murarie rettangolari con cornici profilate. Nuovi infissi secondo modello originale. A destra spicca una piccola cappella ad arco.
