Antigua lechería, una cooperativa de productos lácteos, fundada por los agricultores de Peer y sus alrededores. En 1927, inicio del procesamiento de la leche en mantequilla y queso. Más tarde absorbida por Lilac-Zonhoven. Posteriormente, quedó desocupada y en ruinas. En 2001 y años posteriores, renovación, reubicación y expansión con nueva construcción, un proyecto diseñado por el arquitecto Freddy Peeters (Hasselt), que consiste en la construcción de 8 viviendas en la lechería, 16 viviendas de alquiler alrededor y 22 garajes subterráneos por encargo de la sociedad de viviendas flamenca Landwaarts cvba-Neerpelt.
