Los balnearios de Spa son baños de salud en Spa, en la provincia belga de Lieja. Desde 2021, están en la lista de Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO como parte de los balnearios históricos de Europa. En el siglo XVI, comenzó la comercialización de los baños termales y numerosos huéspedes de salud acudieron a Spa. La calidad de las aguas de la fuente Pouhon fue elogiada, entre otros, por Gilbert Fusch, médico de los príncipes-obispos de Lieja, Jean Fabre y Henri de Heers. Por ello, Spa se volvió cada vez más popular como balneario entre la nobleza, la burguesía acomodada y oficiales en tránsito de diversas nacionalidades.
