Meersel-Dreef es una aldea y parroquia en la provincia belga de Amberes, que colinda directamente con la frontera neerlandesa. Al venir desde la dirección de Galder, uno apenas se da cuenta de que está en Bélgica; la frontera cruza la carretera principal, entre las casas. Aunque la comunidad nunca ha formado un municipio independiente y por lo tanto no puede ser llamada formalmente una submunicipalidad, es considerada como tal por el ayuntamiento de Hoogstraten. Meersel-Dreef contaba con 1080 habitantes en 2005. En 1995, el 44% de la población era de neerlandeses.
