Gare Maritime es una estación de despacho y almacenamiento de 4 ha de principios del siglo XX y fue en su momento la más grande del país. Cerró sus puertas en 1994 y se reabrió en 2020 tras una costosa pero hermosa restauración realizada por Extensa, que la convirtió en una joya multifuncional. Se pueden visitar tanto puestos de comida como hacer deporte, comprar, trabajar o simplemente relajarse y mirar el jardín cubierto.
