Il s’agit d’une grande gare de dédouanement et de stockage de 4 ha datant du début du XXe siècle. C’était alors la plus grande du pays. Elle a fermé ses portes en 1994 pour les rouvrir en 2020 après une restauration coûteuse, mais exceptionnelle, par Extensa, qui l’a transformée en un véritable joyau multifonctionnel. On peut s’y rendre pour les échoppes de nourriture, pour faire du sport, du shopping, pour travailler ou simplement se détendre en profitant du jardin couvert.
