Gare Maritime è una stazione di sdoganamento e stoccaggio di 4 ettari risalente all'inizio del XX secolo ed era all'epoca la più grande del paese. Ha chiuso i battenti nel 1994 e ha riaperto nel 2020 dopo un costoso ma splendido restauro da parte di Extensa, che l'ha trasformata in un gioiello multifunzionale. Qui si possono visitare sia stand gastronomici che praticare sport, fare shopping, lavorare o semplicemente rilassarsi e guardare il giardino coperto.
