Gare Maritime is een 4 ha groot inklarings- en opslagstation uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw en was toen het grootste van het land. Het sloot zijn deuren in 1994 en heropende in 2020 na een dure maar prachtige restauratie door Extensa die er een multifunctionele parel van maakte. Men kan er zowel eetstandjes bezoeken als sporten, winkelen, werken of gewoon verpozen en naar de overdekte tuin kijken.
