Un poco más y podremos detenernos para un posible bocadillo y una bebida en “’t Schipke aan de Nete”.
La brasería actual era en su día café ’t Schipke con un transbordador. Más tarde se construyó un puente sobre el Nete, que en la adaptación cinematográfica de Pallieter fue el escenario de varias filmaciones. Felix Timmermans describió las travesuras de Pallieter en esta región.
Quien aquí se haya saciado puede dar un paseo por la dársena y sentirse un poco como Pallieter.
Atención: el último tramo del camino no es una senda de macadán.
