Roger van Damme , maestro pastelero y chef estrella de Het Gebaar, también conocido por el canal de televisión Njam, ha cortado oficialmente la cinta, con el beneplácito de los inversores Christian Teunissen, Frederik Snauwaert y Marc Coucke, que abrirán las puertas de su gran sueño ; una crepería, comedor .

El resultado final parece haber superado ese sueño. Se ha convertido en un concepto llamado Désirée . Désirée es un elegante salón de té en Durbuy. También hay una tienda con una exitosa gama de bollería, galletas, una gama de desayuno y una auténtica colección para el hogar.
