La casa de la esquina de la calle Catrice es representativa del estilo Luis XIV en Tournai en el último tercio del siglo XVII: un volumen macizo de ladrillo y piedra caliza de dos niveles rematado por un tejado a dos aguas con tejado frontal a cuatro aguas.
Las dos casas románicas siguientes son testigos excepcionales de la arquitectura civil del siglo XII . Se dice que fueron construidos entre 1175 y 1200 para los concejales de Saint Brice. En la planta baja del número 12 quedan una puerta y un ventanal reconstruido con parteluces.
