Das Haus an der Ecke der Rue Catrice ist repräsentativ für den Louis-XIV-Stil von Tournai im letzten Drittel des 17. Jahrhunderts: ein massiver Baukörper aus Ziegeln und Kalkstein auf zwei Ebenen, gekrönt von einem Satteldach mit vier Giebeln

Die beiden folgenden romanischen Häuser sind außergewöhnliche Beispiele ziviler Architektur des 12. Jahrhunderts . Man sagt, dass sie zwischen 1175 und 1200 für die Stadträte von Sant Brice erbaut wurden. Im Erdgeschoss von Nr. 12 übrig bleiben eine Tür und ein rekonstruierter Pavillon mit Doppelfenstern.
