La casa all'angolo di rue Catrice è rappresentativa dello stile Luigi XIV a Tournai nell'ultimo terzo del XVII secolo: un solido volume in mattoni e pietra calcarea di due livelli sormontato da un tetto a due falde con tetto a padiglione frontale.
Le successive due case romaniche sono eccezionali testimonianze dell'architettura civile del XII secolo . Si dice che siano stati costruiti tra il 1175 e il 1200 per gli assessori di Saint Brice. Al piano terra del n. 12 restano una porta e un bovindo ricostruito con bifore.
