En medio de los años 80, Guy Pirlot comenzó con su hobby favorito en la cocina de su esposa. Una gran olla de 10 litros y un termómetro eran sus principales instrumentos. Pronto se dio cuenta de que su caldera hecha en casa de 50 litros era demasiado pequeña, así que comenzó a elaborar en otro lugar. En 2011, abrió su propia cervecería, con sus propias calderas de cobre. Además de cervezas, Guy también destila ginebra y whisky. En días soleados, los visitantes pueden degustar su cerveza en la terraza.
