La basílica de San Jacobo es una iglesia católica romana en la Ciudad Vieja de Praga, República Checa. Lleva el título de basílica menor y es parte del patrimonio mundial del Centro Histórico de Praga.
La primera iglesia fue construida aquí en estilo gótico junto con el asentamiento del monasterio de los menores en 1232 por Václav I. La ubicación exacta de esta iglesia original y su apariencia no son conocidas. En la iglesia tuvo lugar en 1311 el banquete de coronación de los reyes Juan de Bohemia y Elisabeth.
