Lehe es el municipio más al norte del distrito de Dithmarschen en Schleswig-Holstein. Está estrechamente vinculado espacial, económica e históricamente con el municipio vecino de Lunden.
El territorio del municipio de Lehe se extiende en la curva del río Eider desde el este hacia el sur, debajo de Friedrichstadt, en el área entre Lunden en Dithmarschen y Witzwort o Oldenswort en el lado nordfrisón, en la orilla sur/oriental del río en la transición del Donns de Lunden en el norte del espacio natural de Dithmarscher Marsch.
