Osterholz es un distrito en el barrio de Vohwinkel de la gran ciudad berguesa de Wuppertal en Renania del Norte-Westfalia/Alemania.
El distrito se encuentra en el área residencial de Schöller-Dornap al sur de Schöller, junto a la carretera del distrito 20, justo en la frontera de la ciudad con Haan. Los distritos vecinos son Alt-Derken, Simonshöfchen, Bruckerthöhe, Flachskamp y Bausenberger Busch. El lugar está rodeado por tres lados por el área forestal del mismo nombre, Osterholz.
