Osterholz est un quartier de l'arrondissement de Vohwinkel dans la grande ville du Bergisches Wuppertal en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie/Allemagne.
Le quartier se situe dans le secteur résidentiel de Schöller-Dornap, au sud de Schöller, le long de la route circulaire 20, à proximité immédiate de la frontière de la ville de Haan. Les localités voisines sont Alt-Derken, Simonshöfchen, Bruckerthöhe, Flachskamp et Bausenberger Busch. Le lieu est entouré sur trois côtés par la zone forestière du même nom, Osterholz.
