Checkpoint Charlie fue un puesto de control en la división de Berlín en la frontera de los sectores estadounidense y ruso, en un paso de la Muralla de Berlín en Friedrichstraße.
Como este era el tercer paso en la frontera entre Occidente y Oriente (desde el establecimiento de las esferas de influencia tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial), se le llamó Charlie, en honor a la tercera letra del alfabeto fonético de la OTAN.
