El BayArena es un estadio de fútbol ubicado en la ciudad alemana de Leverkusen, que sirve de sede del club Bayer Leverkusen de la 1. Bundesliga desde 1958.
El estadio fue llamado originalmente Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion, en honor a un antiguo directivo de Bayer, empresa fundadora del club. En un comienzo el estadio tenía capacidad para 20 000 espectadores, pero en 1986 un proyecto de reconstrucción y modernización del estadio, completado en 1997, aumentó la capacidad a 22 500 espectadores. El estadio fue renombrado BayArena en 1998.
