El castillo de Lauenstein es un antiguo castillo en altura que hoy es una ruina. Se encuentra sobre la localidad de Lauenstein en Salzhemmendorf, en Baja Sajonia. El castillo fue construido en el siglo XIII por los nobles de Homburg. A partir del siglo XVI, perdió su importancia militar y fue demolido a principios del siglo XIX debido al creciente deterioro.
