La estación de tren de Fröndenberg es una estación en cuña en las líneas de tren Fröndenberg-Kamen y Letmathe-Fröndenberg, así como en la línea de Oberen Ruhrtalbahn. Se encuentra en el sur de la ciudad de Fröndenberg, cerca del Ruhr.
Con la apertura del tramo de línea de Schwerte a Arnsberg de la Oberen Ruhrtalbahn por la Bergisch-Märkische Eisenbahngesellschaft, la actual ciudad de Fröndenberg recibió su primera conexión ferroviaria en junio de 1870. Cerca del entonces pueblo de Fröndenberg, que representa el núcleo urbano actual, se estableció una estación de tren.
