La stazione di Fröndenberg è una stazione a cuneo sulle linee ferroviarie Fröndenberg–Kamen e Letmathe–Fröndenberg, nonché sulla Oberen Ruhrtalbahn. Si trova a sud della città di Fröndenberg, vicino al fiume Ruhr.
Con l'apertura del segmento ferroviario da Schwerte a Arnsberg della Oberen Ruhrtalbahn da parte della Bergisch-Märkische Eisenbahngesellschaft, la moderna città di Fröndenberg ottenne la sua prima connessione ferroviaria nel giugno 1870. Vicino all'allora villaggio di Fröndenberg, che rappresenta il centro attuale, fu istituita una stazione ferroviaria.
