El sendero ciclista Alsenz es un sendero fluvial de 49 kilómetros de longitud con algunas subidas cortas y una subida más larga. Conduce desde el manantial del Alsenz en Enkenbach-Alsenborn, desde el Bosque de Palatinate hasta el valle del Nahe, donde el Alsenz desemboca en el Nahe en Bad Münster am Stein. Rodea el Donnersberg, que tiene una altura de 686,5 m, en un amplio arco. Recorre el paisaje de colinas abiertas a través de tierras fértiles y pasa cerca de viñedos, siempre junto al río Alsenz. Todo el camino está señalizado de manera uniforme con el logo del sendero ciclista y es fácil de transitar en ambas direcciones. Por razones de conservación de la naturaleza, algunos tramos no están asfaltados, por lo que no es adecuado para bicicletas de carrera o patinadores en línea.
