Oldersum (anteriormente también conocido como Olderzumergast) es una aldea en el municipio alemán de Moormerland en Frisia Oriental. La aldea se encuentra en la orilla norte del Ems, entre Leer y Emden. La aldea se formó en un montículo, llamado Warft en Alemania. Históricamente, Oldersum se encontraba en la frontera de la región terrestre de Krummhörn.
Oldersum y sus alrededores formaron un propio dominio que era gobernado por la familia de los jefes que se nombraban a sí mismos según la aldea de Oldersum. Dentro del dominio, la aldea tenía el estatus de "vlek". El dominio fue vendido en 1631 a la ciudad de Emden, que así obtuvo el control.
