La Siegfried PharmaChemikalien Minden GmbH es una planta química en Minden, Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania. Como filial de Siegfried Holding AG de Zofingen, Suiza, produce productos químicos para la industria farmacéutica.
La historia de la producción farmacéutica en Minden se remonta al año 1939. La Knoll AG, fundada en 1886 en Ludwigshafen am Rhein, registró en 1935 la Chemische Werke Minden GmbH en el registro mercantil y comenzó la producción en la nueva ubicación alrededor de cuatro años después. La subsidiaria fue posteriormente integrada en la empresa matriz y el sitio de Minden fue operado hasta el año 2000 como una planta sucursal de Knoll. En agosto de 2000, el grupo BASF, al que Knoll AG pertenecía en ese momento, decidió escindir la producción de productos químicos farmacéuticos como BASF PharmaChemikalien GmbH & Co. KG. La subsidiaria resultante inicialmente pertenecía completamente al grupo BASF y a partir de 2010 formó parte del área de negocio "Nutrition & Health". En 2015, finalmente se realizó la venta a la actual empresa matriz con el cambio correspondiente de nombre.
