De Siegfried PharmaChemikalien Minden GmbH is een chemische fabriek in het Noordrijn-Westfalense Minden, Duitsland. Als dochteronderneming van Siegfried Holding AG uit Zofingen in Zwitserland produceert zij chemicaliën voor de farmaceutische industrie.
De geschiedenis van de farmaproductie in Minden gaat terug tot het jaar 1939. De in 1886 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein opgerichte Knoll AG liet in 1935 een Chemische Werke Minden GmbH in het handelsregister inschrijven en startte ongeveer vier jaar later de productie op de nieuwe locatie. De dochteronderneming werd later geïntegreerd in het moederbedrijf en de locatie Minden werd tot in het jaar 2000 als Knoll-nevenvestiging geëxploiteerd. In augustus 2000 besloot het BASF-conglomeraat, waartoe Knoll AG inmiddels behoorde, de productie van farmaceutische chemicaliën uit te schakelen als BASF PharmaChemikalien GmbH & Co. KG. De daarbij ontstane dochteronderneming was aanvankelijk volledig in handen van het BASF-conglomeraat en maakte vanaf 2010 deel uit van de bedrijfsdivisie “Nutrition & Health”. In 2015 volgde uiteindelijk de verkoop aan de huidige moedermaatschappij met de bijbehorende wijziging van de bedrijfsnaam.
