La Siegfried PharmaChemicals Minden GmbH est une usine chimique située à Minden, en Rhénanie-Westphalie, Allemagne. En tant que filiale de Siegfried Holding AG de Zofingue en Suisse, elle produit des produits chimiques pour l'industrie pharmaceutique.
L'histoire de la production pharmaceutique à Minden remonte à l'année 1939. La Knoll AG, fondée en 1886 à Ludwigshafen am Rhein, a fait enregistrer en 1935 une Chemical Works Minden GmbH au registre du commerce et a lancé la production sur le nouveau site environ quatre ans plus tard. La filiale a ensuite été intégrée au groupe mère et le site de Minden a été exploité jusqu'en 2000 en tant qu'usine secondaire Knoll. En août 2000, le groupe BASF, auquel appartenait désormais la Knoll AG, a décidé de transférer la production de produits chimiques pharmaceutiques à BASF PharmaChemicals GmbH & Co. KG. La filiale ainsi créée appartenait d'abord entièrement au groupe BASF et faisait partie, à partir de 2010, du secteur d'activité « Nutrition & Santé ». En 2015, la vente a finalement eu lieu auprès du groupe mère actuel, avec un changement correspondant du nom de l'entreprise.
