La iglesia católica de San Blas en el barrio de Hamm en Düsseldorf fue construida a principios del siglo XX por el arquitecto renano Josef Kleesattel sobre los cimientos de una iglesia del siglo XIX.
La primera iglesia en Hamm fue una iglesia románica, que fue construida alrededor de 1200. En 1829, Adolph von Vagedes diseñó una nueva iglesia parroquial, que fue construida entre 1824 y 1825 bajo la dirección de Anton Walger. Era una iglesia clasicista de tres naves.
