La antigua iglesia de San Cornelio era la parroquia católico-romana de Colonia-Rath/Heumar en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. De ella solo queda hoy el campanario románico.
La torre de la antigua parroquia, dedicada al santo Cornelio de Roma, probablemente proviene aún de una capilla mencionada en un documento de 1147 en relación con la abadía de Deutz. Fue una filial de la iglesia de Urbach hasta la creación de una parroquia propia de Heumar en 1698. La nave de la iglesia fue declarada en ruinas en 1824 y después de 1826 fue demolida; finalmente, en 1834 se construyó la nueva iglesia de San Cornelio en Rath/Heumar.
