Groß Zecher es un distrito del municipio de Seedorf en el distrito de Herzogtum Lauenburg en el sureste de Schleswig-Holstein.
Groß Zecher fue mencionado por primera vez en un documento en 1194 como Scachere en el contrato de división de Isfried. El nombre tiene origen slavónico. Durante mucho tiempo, Groß Zecher estuvo caracterizado por la agricultura. El lugar está formado por áreas utilizadas para la pesca, el bosque y la agricultura, y posee con la granja Groß Zecher una gran hacienda, que ya era propiedad de la familia von Witzendorff en 1681. Desde 1888/89 y de nuevo desde 1948 hasta 2006, el municipio perteneció a la oficina de Sterley, que en 1971 se fusionó con la oficina de Gudow para formar la oficina de Gudow-Sterley.
