Større Zecher er en del af kommunen Seedorf i Kreise Herzogtum Lauenburg i det sydøstlige Schleswig-Holstein.
Større Zecher blev første gang nævnt i 1194 som Scachere i Isfriedske delingskontrakt. Navnet er af vendisk oprindelse. I lang tid var Større Zecher præget af landbrug. Stedet er præget af sø-, skov- og landbrugsarealer og har med godset Større Zecher en stor herregård, som allerede i 1681 var i familien von Witzendorffs besiddelse. Siden 1888/89 og igen fra 1948 til 2006 tilhørte kommunen Amt Sterley, som i 1971 blev sammenlagt med Amt Gudow til Amt Gudow-Sterley.
