La Selketalbahn, el Ferrocarril Gernroder-Harzgeroder y el Ferrocarril Anhaltische Harzbahn eran diferentes denominaciones para las líneas de vía estrecha de un metro en el Bajo Harz, que originalmente pertenecían a la Sociedad de Ferrocarriles Gernrode-Harzgerode.
Hoy en día, solo se utiliza la denominación Selketalbahn. Esto incluye la línea Quedlinburg–Gernrode y más allá, pasando por Alexisbad hasta Hasselfelde, la línea Alexisbad–Harzgerode y la línea de conexión Stiege–Eisfelder Talmühle. Todas ellas son actualmente propiedad de los Ferrocarriles de vía estrecha de Harz. La línea sigue al Selke entre Mägdesprung y Albrechtshaus.
