El Breite Weg es una calle en el casco antiguo de Magdeburgo. El Breite Weg fue considerado anteriormente la más hermosa calle barroca de Alemania debido a sus generosos palacios y casas de ciudadanos en estilo barroco. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la calle barroca fue en gran parte destruida.
La principal calle comercial de la ciudad de Magdeburgo se extiende en dirección norte-sur y se encuentra entre la plaza de la universidad de Magdeburgo al norte y la plaza Hasselbach al sur. La gran calle alguna vez pasaba a través de la puerta Sudenburger hacia Sudenburg.
