La central eléctrica de Lippendorf es una planta de energía de vapor alimentada con lignito ubicada en el borde noroeste del pueblo de Lippendorf, en el municipio de Neukieritzsch, en el distrito de Leipzig. Se encuentra a unos 15 km al sur de Leipzig, que también se abastece de calefacción a través de una red de calefacción de distrito de la central eléctrica.
La central eléctrica es operada por la LEAG, que también es propietaria de un bloque. El bloque S pertenece a EnBW. La central eléctrica fue inaugurada el 22 de junio de 2000 con un discurso del entonces canciller alemán Gerhard Schröder. Las inversiones para la central eléctrica ascendieron a 2,3 mil millones de euros.
