Waditz, sorbio, es una aldea con 56 habitantes en el distrito de Bautzen, en Sajonia oriental, que pertenece al municipio de Kubschütz. Forma parte de la Alta Lusacia y pertenece al área de asentamiento oficial de los sorbios.
La primera mención se realiza en 1250 cuando se menciona a un Heinricus de Wadewitz en un documento del obispo de Meißen. En 1376 se menciona a un Hentschil de Wadewicz en un documento del capítulo de la catedral de Bautzen. Otras denominaciones posteriores del lugar son Wadewitz, Watitz y desde 1791 Waditz.
