Waditz, sorbisk, er en landsby med 56 indbyggere i den øst-saksiske Landkreis Bautzen, der hører til kommunen Kubschütz. Det tilhører Oberlausitz og indgår i det officielle bosættelsesområde for sorberne.
Den første omtale finder sted i 1250, da en Heinricus de Wadewitz nævnes i et dokument fra biskoppen af Meißen. I 1376 nævnes en Hentschil de Wadewicz i et dokument fra Bautzen domkapitel. Senere betegnelser for stedet er Wadewitz, Watitz og siden 1791 Waditz.
