Waditz, sorabo, è un villaggio con 56 abitanti nel distretto di Bautzen, nella Sassonia orientale, che fa parte del comune di Kubschütz. Fa parte dell'Alto Lusazia e appartiene all'area di insediamento ufficiale dei Sorbi.
La prima menzione risale al 1250 quando un Heinricus de Wadewitz è citato in un documento del vescovo di Meißen. Nel 1376 si menziona un Hentschil de Wadewicz in un documento del Capitolo della cattedrale di Bautzen. Le designazioni successive del luogo sono Wadewitz, Watitz e, dal 1791, Waditz.
