Döbschütz es un distrito de la comunidad de Vierkirchen en la región de Görlitz, en el este de Sajonia. El castillo de agua Döbschütz, uno de los castillos más antiguos de la Alta Lusacia, es la casa ancestral de la nobleza de la familia von Debschitz.
Döbschütz se encuentra en la parte media del condado, entre Niesky, Görlitz y Löbau. Al norte de la localidad pasa la autopista federal 4, cuya salida Nieder Seifersdorf se encuentra aproximadamente a un kilómetro de distancia. A través del pueblo pasa la carretera estatal 124 que conduce a Reichenbach/O.L., que desemboca en la carretera estatal 122 al norte de la localidad. Döbschütz es atravesado por el río Schwarzer Schöps. Al este de la localidad propiamente dicha se encuentra el Heideberg, que pertenece a Döbschütz, con el mismo nombre de asentamiento.
