La esclusa de Woltersdorf es una esclusa de un solo compartimento con una presa en el municipio de Woltersdorf. La actual esclusa ha estado en funcionamiento desde 1882 y fue renovada de manera exhaustiva en 1998. Forma parte de la vía fluvial federal Rüdersdorfer Gewässer con la clase de vía fluvial III y conecta el Kalksee en el lado de Rüdersdorf con el Flakensee en el lado de Erkner. La altura de caída es de 2,10 metros. Para canoas y botes de remos hay una rampa manual para embarcaciones disponible.
La esclusa de Woltersdorf permite hasta hoy el transporte de mercancías a granel de empresas con sede en Rüdersdorf, especialmente de la planta de cemento de Rüdersdorf, por vía acuática. La esclusa de Woltersdorf también es un destino popular en los meses de verano y es utilizada por cientos de deportistas acuáticos.
