El conjunto Blumenstraße 92–96 en Solingen-Mitte fue construido en 1892 por Franz Kaulmann y consta de tres casas interconectadas, completamente subterráneas, de base de entramado de madera con revestimiento completo de pizarra y cada una con su propia entrada. En el registro de monumentos de la ciudad de Solingen se encuentra listado bajo los números 896 y 1017. La propiedad limita en la parte inferior con el área verde de Vorspel.
