El lago de grava y baño Birkwitz es un antiguo lago de extracción situado entre Pillnitz y Pirna en el distrito de Suiza Sajona-Cuenca de Erzgebirge.
Se encuentra a unos 20 kilómetros de Dresde y está situado entre los distritos de Pirna Birkwitz al noroeste y Pratzschwitz al suroeste. El lago mide aproximadamente 900 metros de largo y 950 metros de ancho. En él hay dos pequeñas islas. La parte occidental se utiliza como lago de baño y es terreno privado. El operador y propietario es una sociedad de derecho civil. En julio se celebra una fiesta en la playa.
