Quellendorf es un distrito de la ciudad de Südliches Anhalt en el distrito de Anhalt-Bitterfeld en Sachsen-Anhalt.
Hasta la reestructuración del municipio unificado de Südliches Anhalt el 1 de enero de 2010, Quellendorf era un municipio independiente en la comunidad administrativa de Südliches Anhalt con el distrito correspondiente de Diesdorf. La última alcaldesa de Quellendorf fue Doris Zimmermann.
