El Museo Jura de Eichstätt es un museo de historia natural situado en el castillo de Willibaldsburg sobre el valle de Altmühltal, que forma parte de la Red de Colecciones Científicas Estatales de Baviera. El museo es gestionado por la Fundación de la Universidad Católica de Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. El museo es especialmente conocido por su colección de fósiles exhibidos, incluida una ejemplar de Archaeopteryx.
El museo fue inaugurado en 1976. Uno de los fundadores del museo fue el profesor de Eichstätt Franz Xaver Mayr, quien murió en 1974 y no pudo ver la apertura. En un principio, los fósiles fueron concebidos como una colección de enseñanza para la formación de teólogos. Bajo la dirección de Günter Viohl, el museo alcanzó cifras de visitantes anuales de más de 120,000. De 2003 a 2019, Martina Kölbl-Ebert dirigió el museo.
