Il Museo Jura di Eichstätt è un museo di storia naturale situato sulla Willibaldsburg sopra la valle dell'Altmühltal, che fa parte del network delle collezioni scientifiche statali della Baviera. Il museo è sostenuto dalla Fondazione dell'Università Cattolica di Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Il museo gode di particolare notorietà per la sua collezione di fossili esposti, che include anche un esemplare di Archaeopteryx.
Il museo è stato inaugurato nel 1976. Uno dei fondatori del museo è stato il professore di Eichstätt Franz Xaver Mayr, che morì nel 1974 e non visse l'apertura. In passato, i fossili erano stati allestiti come collezione didattica per la formazione dei teologi. Sotto la direzione di Günter Viohl, il museo raggiunse annualmente oltre 120.000 visitatori. Dal 2003 al 2019, Martina Kölbl-Ebert ha diretto il museo.
