La plaza Vorgebirgsplatz en el distrito de Zollstock de Colonia es un antiguo parque protegido por la ley que hoy es un área de juegos.
El pequeño parque fue creado en 1911 y 1912 como un jardín ornamental con fuente. El diseño es del arquitecto paisajista Fritz Encke, quien como director de construcción de jardines real y director de jardines de la ciudad de Colonia también diseñó numerosos otros parques y plazas en Colonia. Originalmente tenía un tamaño de 0,23 hectáreas.
